Redevelopment of a funeral home to residential apartment building in the Town of The Blue Mountains.

+ 32 Oak St. Mixed Use

New mixed use commercial and residential apartment building in Collingwood.

Redevelopment of an existing single home to a multi unit apartment in Oro-Medonte.

+ Riverwoods Development

80 unit residential condominium apartment building in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

+ Arlberg Court Triplexes

Town of the Blue Mountains – Two short term accommodation triplex units on Municipal Services complete with two 20 space parking lots.

+ William Street Apartments

Town of Midland – Two residential multi story condominium buildings with 40 units each and 120 space parking area. Retrofit of existing stormwater management pond to current standards.

+ Stonegate Residential Development

Town of Bracebridge - Design of a 54 Unit residential condominium development. Incorporation of LID Infiltration controls to eliminate the need for an onsite SWMF and maximize the developable area.

+ Simcoe Garden Development

An 18 unit retirement community condominium development in Clearview Township including LID controls for stormwater management.

+ Mamta Homes Residential Development

A 107 unit residential condominium development in Clearview Township on full services and shared stormwater management facilities.

+ Blackmoor Development

A 31 unit retirement community development in Collingwood including LID and subsurface stormwater management controls​.

Light industrial site for storage of construction cranes in the Town of Innisfil.

New medical center in the City of Barrie to service optometrist and other medical professionals.

Redevelopment of a commercial site to allow for a new vet clinic.

Redevelopment of historic mill building to house a new Home Hardware.

Clearview Township – Design of 400 sq. m Winery & Distillery complete with parking area and SWMF.

Expansion of the existing Legion building in Innisfil including parking and stormwater management improvements.

+ MTN Forming

Construction of a 750 sq. m Commercial/Industrial Building on a 0.81 ha site in Innisfil including infiltration LID for stormwater management.

+ Kingslea Development

Construction of a 5000 sq. m multi-unit Commercial/Industrial Building on a 1.27 ha site in Barrie including infiltration LID and shared SWM pond facility for stormwater management.

+ Five Star Storage

Construction of 5000 sq. m of self-storage in 8 buildings on a 1.66 ha site in Innisfil including infiltration LID for stormwater management.

+ Hawkestone Gas Station

Construction of a new gas station, coffee shop and retail store in Oro-Medonte as Phase 1 of a larger development.

+ Lefroy Dental Office

Reconstruction of an existing residence into a Dental Office in Innisfil including site servicing and access improvements.

+ Bay Growers Co-Operative

Expansion of the existing apple processing center for an additional 3000 sq. m of building and outdoor storage area.

Residential Subdivision Plans

+ Old Second South Development

30 Lot residential subdivision development on private services in Springwater Township.

+ JDC Homes

40 lot residential subdivision development on municipal services in the Town of Wasaga Beach. Included floodplain analysis and two pedestrian bridges through sensitive environmental lands.

+ Stonemanor Woods Development Phase 4

Springwater Township 48 Single Family Unit Phase of existing Stonemanor Woods Development complete with infiltration based LID for stormwater and internal full urban roadway.

+ Southampton Landing Development

A 15.5 ha residential development with a proposed 87 single family residences in Saugeen Shores. Design includes a wet stormwater management facility, stream improvements, external road reconstruction, and extensive floodplain modelling.

+ Clear Valley Development

A 9.84 ha residential development with a proposed 36 single family units in the Town of Wasaga Beach. Design includes 2 cul-de-sac roadways, 2 pedestrian bridges over a watercourse and on-site stormwater management.

+ Lendvay Development

Completion of a 20 lot residential development in the Town of the Blue Mountains.

PonD Design

+ Ardiel Acres Farm Irrigation Pond

Town of the Blue Mountains - Design and Approval from the MNRF and GSCA of a 18,000 cu. m farm irrigation pond to service the Ardiel Acres apple orchard.

+ Bamford Family Farms Irrigation Pond

Design and approvals from DFO, MNRF, MECP and GSCA for a 43,000 cu. m online irrigation pond.

Floodplain Analyses

+ Sauble River Flood Study

Flood study for 16 ha proposed residential development west of Tara.

+ Teeswater River Flood Study

Flood study for Teeswater River to allow for redevelopment of historic Starks Mill building.

+ Davenport Dairy Stream Rehabilitation

Stream study in partnership with PECG to rehabilitate 800 m of natural watercourse.

+ Melancthon Flood Study

Flood study for a 25 ha residential lot for a new home within the NVCA regulated area.

+ Mad River Flood Study

Flood study for an existing home with chronic flooding and damage to their driveway which prevents access to their home. Flood analysis for the Mad River within the NVCA regulated area.

+ Saugeen Shores Flood Study

Flood study for 2 watercourses within Saugeen Shores with 310 ha of contributing area including two road crossings.

Expert Witness/Peer Review/Due Diligence

+ Wasaga Beach West End Maintenance Depot Peer Review

Review of drainage reports generated for the Town Maintenance Building to ensure private landowners are protected from flooding.

+ Hamilton Port Hope

Solar Farm Project – Expert witness review of failed stormwater design for 200 ha solar farm to determine the extent of the original design issues

+Eden Oak Peer Review

Town of Collingwood – Independent peer review of stormwater and grading design of the Eden Oak Subdivision to determine potential design issues which could impact existing neighbours

Town of Saugeen Shores – Engineering Due Diligence investigation and report for potential residential development on 14 development parcels

+Simcoe Condo Corp. #220

Town of Collingwood – Review of existing drainage issues for Condo Corporation and provide options and recommendations to the Board

Residential Lot Grading and Drainage Plans

We deal with the approvals with the municipality as well as the local conservation authority and NEC.  We provide assistance with natural hazard setbacks, septic design, grading, drainage, erosion and sediment controls. We have completed numerous individual lot grading and drainage plans for locations across Ontario.
